Processing Time

All our pieces are handcrafted with care and well worth the wait. Current processing times are as follows:

  • Ready to Ship items: 1 - 3 business days
  • Made-to-Order items: 3 - 5 business days

Please allow an additional 3 - 5 business days for sophisticated made-to-order items customized by an artisan. Processing time is subject to change during peak seasons.

Shipping Times & Rates

Free shipping is available for orders shipped within the United States and internationally.

  • Estimated shipping time: 3 - 5 business days after shipment.
  • Items ordered together may ship separately.

International transit times may vary due to customs clearance and other factors beyond our control. Customs duties and import taxes are prepaid by us. Customers will not be charged additional customs fees upon delivery.

  • For shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. APO/FPO addresses, please allow an additional 3 - 5 business days for delivery.
  • Complimentary shipping does not apply to Perimade business (B2B) accounts.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are accepted only if the order has not entered production at the time the request is made. Once production has started, the order can no longer be canceled. We strongly encourage submitting cancellation requests within 1 hour of purchase, as our team begins processing orders promptly.

Return Policy

Returns are accepted for refund or exchange within 90 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in sellable condition, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Exclusions apply, please note:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. A $10 return processing fee will be deducted from the refund.
  • Made-to-order items such as moissanite, birthstone, engraved and photo jewelry are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.
