Step 1: Choose Your Customization Options
Depending on the product, you can customize with:
- Text – Add a name, date, or special message.
- Photo – Upload a meaningful photo to make it truly one-of-a-kind.
Step 2: Add Your Custom Details
- Once you're satisfied with your customization choices, simply go to your cart, add the custom text to your order notes, and proceed to checkout.
- After placing your order, send your photo via the chat button on the bottom-right of our website. Be sure to include your order number in the message.
Step 3: We’ll Do the Rest
Our artisans will handcraft your custom piece with care. Once ready, it will be beautifully packaged and shipped straight to your door.
